Pandemic Painting #43 continues the series here,
But it finds me in the throes of a dilemma! Inktober starts this Thursday. For explanation, Inktober is some made-up internet thing where you do one ink drawing every day in October. You’re *supposed* to post them on the *official* Inktober site, but i never have, rules-breaker that I am. But I like the challenge so I’ll probably do some dual posting..
Anyway, I’m going to keep up the Pandemic Painting as well, so I’ll be stepping up my artistic output. We’ll see how it all works out. I still have both my ears at this time!
In the meantime, #43 here was done in class last week, Winsor & Newtons on Strathmore 140# cold Press. I used a lot of water for the sky and the paper warped, but it turned out looking like maybe rain or a slight Northern Lights effect, so I’ll go with it. More of a classroom demo than anything, but it turned out better than I expected.
Hope everything for y’all is turning out better than expected – in these days that happenings are so unexpected.
Be safe and stay sane!
