INKTOBER 2020 DAY 17

Sometimes being an artist helps when you’re taking reference photos. I usually check the composition on the little screen of my point & shoot camera before i snap and I like to think it pays off. I like this composition very much and it’s pretty straight from the reference photo. As its an autumn scene it will look better in color when I get around to painting it.
This is one that I could doodle on for a while longer but it’s ok now.

Done with two Japanese brush pens; one was starting to dry out and the other one had a brush of nylon bristles on one end and a flexible plastic nib on the other end. The script down their sides is all Japanese, so no positive i.d.

Hope you all are staying well.
