Inktober Day 14.
Tonight this is just me farting around with a Pentel Brush Pen. This nifty tool is a cartridge barrelled, nylon fiber tipped brush with which you can draw as long as the cartridge has ink (which is pretty long).
I did the background with a skinny tipped gel pen so the emphasis is on the log. The brush pen can draw a needle tipped line and then go to a broad black swash with just a touch of pressure.
The log is from a photo I took at Indiana Dunes National Park.
