My excuse for being a day late on Inktober is that I was playing D&D (Nascrag) and was literally gone all day – and I fell asleep on the couch when I got home.
That being said, I did two drawings today and am all caught up! I had originally thought I would do a month of monsters, but – eh. So it’ll be catch as catch can with whatever. This is all about having fun anyway!
First up is an inked pencil drawing I did as a study for the painting I did of my Grandfather, Herbert Benjamin Robinson (HBR). Black lines were made by a Micron .02.

The second is a straight ink job of the weeds lining my back yard. Note that I said weedS, smartie-pants. I did this with a Gelly Roll .06 gel pen and added blacks with a Pentel Brush Pen (which may be one of the niftiest ink drawing tools around).
I’ve got a painting to post in the next coupla days, too, so I’m keeping busy. Hope you are, too.
