Pandemic Painting #111 warmed me up on a cold winter’s day here in NW Indiana.
This warm autumn scene comes to you compliments of the woodsy dunes in nearby Beverly Shores.
I tried not to overthink this one too much and just glazed in various colors until I considered it done. I thought about monkeying around with more detail, but seeing as how the hardest rule in watercolor painting is knowing when to stop, I stopped.
I think I will work on warmer scenes for awhile, as winter around here has dug in its heels. Hot chocolate all around!
