Inktober Day 22.

Inktober Day 22.

I’ve done a pencil sketch and a watercolor of this scene, and now by doing an ink drawing of it, there’s a new perspective for me. I’m finding this to be true of almost all of these Inktober drawings.
I like it.

This is from a photo I took of a deserted barn and outbuilding SW of Michigan City. I really enjoy drawing (and painting) all the weeds and twisty-turny vine growths. Mixing an abstract element into a realistic piece always makes for an interesting work.

I did this mostly with the Pentel STYLO pen and added thin lines with a Micron .02.

Hope things are continuing to add up for you.
