Time for a quickie, which is what Pandemic Painting #115 is.
This one is just a made up scene of swishy-swashy sky and dabbed in dunes and a lazily laid in languid lake. Being retired affords me time for alliteration.
I simply wet some color and splashed in on paper with this scene totally out of my mind. (Heh heh – he’s out of his mind!) I had already done several thumbnails of this in my sketchbook. 30 minutes later, voila!
I did this on a 9″ x 12″ block of Arches 300# cold press with some good ol’ Winsor & Newton watercolours.
