Pandemic Painting #155. Challenge #19.
Well, feeling it even better tonight. I remarked to Cheryl Cavalier tonight that all my little age aches and pains disappear when I’m painting, and so it was.
This scene is from when I go wandering in rural LaPorte County, Indiana (where I am). Farm land and countryside must take up 95% of the space in this county and I like to drive around for interesting scenes like this. In the fall, when you see an old guy taking photos of milkweed plants, it’s probably me!
This 7″ x 10″ piece was done with Sennelier watercolors on Arches 140# hot press, for a smoother surface to take more detailed tiny brush work.
Here’s hoping all your surfaces are smooth tonight. Stay cool!
