In honor of Pandemic Painting #100 I’ve decided to offer up a “two-fer”. Seems only natural, as I did these paintings at the same time. So I’m designating these Pandemic 100A and 100B.I usually work on more than one painting at a time; while one is drying I’m slinging paint on the other. I did these little dunes scenes from memory while sitting at my table at the Christmas Fair thingie where I was a couple of weeks ago. Sold one right there and donated the other to the MC Art League Auction.These were both done on those little 4×6 watercolor cards (Strathmore 140#) with my travel tin of Winsor & Newton colours. They are more like sketches. I need to do more of these and send them out as Christmas cards. We’ll see…Keep well everyone. Sadly, what’s on the horizon means Pandemic Paintings will continue.
