I’m finally deciding to take advantage of this Artist-in-Residence thing. That is, I’m trying to keep my lazy butt in gear and do more artwork. While I’m going to continue with my painting, I do need to switch over to my cartooning projects. There’s time!
But for now, here’s another scene from Fedders Alley. When you drive into Fedder’s Alley, there’s a long strip of parking with park grass to the south and the dunes & beach to the north. There are two “entrance paths” that lead to the beach. This one is the westernmost and my previous painting is the eastern one.
Painted over a car sketch I did on some crappy no-name paper with Winsor Newton Professional Watercolors and about 8 different brushes.
Stay safe everyone!
