Pandemic Painting #70 comes to you compliments of an all-day Wednesday painting session. I’ve got two more in various stages of completion; for now, here we are.
This one is similar to a previous painting, taken from a slightly different angle. Several of you have noted that I seem to like old buildings, so I will play Captain Obvious and say YEAH! Something about that old weathered wood that is simply beautiful has been an artistic attraction for me for many years.
Winsor & Newton watercolors and 300# Arches hot press paper served me well here, along with a shout out to a 6B Wolff’s Carbon Pencil. Honorable Mention goes to the color Naples Yellow for its fine opacity. 7.75″ x 13.25″ rounds out the nuts and bolts info here.
Hope you all are doing well. The Fabs told us that It’s Getting Better All the Time”
