Pandemic Painting #90 has been in the queue for a couple of weeks while I finished 2 commissions. One job I can show in a couple of weeks, one late next month.
I’ve done this one before (I think) but I really like the play of light on this scene, done from a photo I took just prior to painting it.
It’s from the beach front at Beverly Shores, Indiana, which took a real beating early last year – a lot of what was beach isn’t anymore!
Winsor & Newton watercolor and gouache took care of the color and Arches 300# hot press paper is the vehicle for this 10″ x 13.75″ work.
